COVID-19 Safety Update

It has been a year since New England Associates® began to reopen after being shut down for the Pandemic so we would like to take this opportunity to provide an update.

First and foremost, thank you to our clients, our staff and families, and to our colleagues and friends everywhere, for continuing to trust in New England Associates® for 39 years.

Secondly, even as things about the Virus appear to continually improve and it doesn’t seem as dire as a year ago, we are not letting our guard down so we will not let you down. Even though there are vaccines available now and some restrictions that were in place last year are being lifted this year, New England Associates® remains committed to the health and safety of our clients and our staff and our families and our friends, so safety procedures that were put into place last year, remain in place at New England Associates®:

In order to limit the number of people in our facilities at any one time, all appointments, including tightenings, are by appointment only. Sorry, no walk-ins until further notice. Products can only be purchased during scheduled appointments or online at www.newenglandassociates.com/store/.

When you arrive for your appointments. please wait in your vehicle and call us so we can coordinate your arrival. The telephone number for New England Associates® in Wakefield, MA is 781-246-8202, and Manchester, NH is 603-669-2224.

Everyone is asked to wear a facial mask while inside our facilities. We greatly appreciate your continued cooperation.

Clients’ temperatures may be taken with a no-contact infrared thermometer upon arrival. Any client who has a high temperature or shows signs of illness will be asked to leave and be rescheduled at a later time by phone when they are feeling well.

Please help us to continue to practice social distancing by maintaining at least a 6-foot distance between each other in hallways, waiting areas, at the front desk, etc.

Please bring and use your own pen if needed.

Before your appointment, please notify New England Associates® at 781-246-8202 or 603-669-2224 if you or anyone in your household:

  • Has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
  • Believes they may have COVID-19.
  • Is sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms.
  • Has had recent contact with anyone who has symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19.

We continue to regularly disinfect workspaces, surfaces, handles, etc., between clients. Our staff continues to practice proper hygiene by washing hands thoroughly and regularly with soap and water before and after each client, they wear protective equipment above and beyond what is required by regulations, and they will stay home if they are sick or have been in contact with anyone who has been sick. Refreshments and magazines remain removed from our locations but please feel free to make use of our guest Wi-Fi.
