Some of these can last the entire season partly because people generally don&#8217;t do much to protect their hair from them. Snow, rain, and icy cold can make hair brittle and dry. For skiers, winter sun exposure along with blustery winter wind on the slopes can snarl hair. Even if you stay indoors all winter, dry indoor heating could be just as damaging as using a blow dryer, which should be very limited in the winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do I do?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thankfully you can take steps to both protect and replenish your hair\u2019s health. Among the things that can help is the regular use of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newenglandassociates.com\/product\/moisturizing-formula\/\">moisturizing conditioner<\/a> or a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newenglandassociates.com\/product\/hairstart-condition25\/\">conditioner containing vitamins and minerals necessary for good hair health<\/a>.
