She combined it with a Giants baseball cap, put on sunglasses ready to leave the house, and took a picture of herself which she posted online. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/megzshone\/status\/523892026962481152\/photo\/1\">Her granddaughter then tweeted it and it has since caught the attention of more than 75,000 viewers<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/B0U9A2RCMAEy5k1.jpg?resize=362%2C644&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"362\" height=\"644\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think what people are picking up on is an attitude,\u201d said Capitolo in published news reports. \u201cAn attitude that you can keep living with cancer.
