DIRECTIONS:
Pump nea VOLUMIZING MOUSSE foamer 2 to 3 times into the palm of your hand and work into your damp hair from roots to the ends. Blowdry or scrunch then watch the volume appear. On dry hair, use the same amount of VOLUMIZING MOUSSE for separation and hold.
