NEA Phase 4 Shampoo

NEA Phase 4 Shampoo is the perfect formula for hair exposed to harsh chemicals and minerals that damage hair and strip it of its elegance. Phase 4 removes mineral and chemical deposits caused by hard water, chlorine pools, and chemical processing. Use Phase 4 as directed below for unique hair deposit problems:
PROBLEM 1: SURFACE COATINGS
Apply for seven consecutive shampoos.
PROBLEM 2: MINERAL DEPOSITS
Always use when shampooing with hard water.
PROBLEM 3: CHLORINE DAMAGE
Shampoo just before entering a pool to minimize damage. Shampoo immediately after leaving the pool to neutralize chlorine.
PROBLEM 4: HAIR COLOR INSTABILITY
Do not use it before any color process. It is recommended to stabilize colors when it is used immediately after processing. Colors are enhanced with continued use.

Lather into wet hair, allow it to sit a few minutes then rinse thoroughly. Follow with NEA’s Low Softening, Moisturizing, or Replenish conditioning treatments.
